Courtney started her small speech therapy private practice in 2016. After quick growth the need for administrative assistance was necessary. Robin brought her young son in to the clinic for speech therapy and after noticing the many tasks Courtney was balancing, she knew she could bring beneficial skills to the practice. Robin began assisting with billing and scheduling and quickly grew into the role of office manager.

Robin passion for helping providers develop functional operating systems grew when she began assisting other small practices in the area with start up services. As Robin was supporting clinics through consultation and direct services, and Courtney was well aware of the value of her services, Practice Management and Billing Solutions was created.
